We make our Ramen from slow cooked Berkshire pork bellies, shoyu-marinated soft egg, sweet yellow corn, fresh mung bean sprouts, wakame, narutomaki fish cake and scallion.

Fresh pork and chicken bones are boiled in a large pot at the highest heat for 20 hours to extract maximum flavor and Umami from the meat. Time and effort are key ingredients of our Ramen.

Warning: Our soup contains natural collagen that is known to help keep your skin healthier and younger.

Our adjacent Sake Bar offers a different ambience than the restaurant, with the same great food. The post-season is almost here, so come and watch your favorite teams - the A's and the Giants, that is - compete in October!
